What should I bring to class?

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes — we offer both mat and reformer virtual options so you can move with us from home. This is a great option if you want flexibility or are not local.

Hi, I’m Kish - founder of KRUNCH Pilates.

Pilates completely changed the way I feel in my body and I created KRUNCH to share that feeling with others.

With over 10 years of practice in the method my goal is to empower others to move their bodies in a low impact but challenging way.
